Restaurant in Houston for sale?

I am trying to buy a restaurant in houston, i am interested in the kitchen equipment and space.
Any leads?
I already have a realestate agent but thought i’d try this.

Try looking up used restaurant supply companies.One, they will have equipment used but clean and ready to go, and cheaper than new. Two, if a restaurant is about to close they will start selling what they don’t use first to try and stay afloat or break even. So the used restaurant supply companies would have the first clue if a business is in trouble.
